Your clinical learning notebook

Fill in your placement histories from templates, keep your method sheets at hand, then export a clean write-up as PDF or Word. Your notes are encrypted on your phone, with no account and no server.

Coming soon to Google Play What the app does

In English, French, German and Romanian.

How it works

01The notebook

All your placements, one notebook

Six basic templates (internal medicine, cardiology, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, occupational medicine) to copy and adapt: sections, blocks, quick choices. Or a blank page.

02Writing up

The question to ask, under every block

A suggested sentence for the interview, which you can edit. Patient questions can be in a different language from the labels. Everything saves automatically.

03Method sheets

The technique, step by step

Equipment, steps and consent, linked to blocks, plus your own sheets with your own image. They are learning aids: check them with your teachers.

04Calculations

A raw number, nothing more

BMI, mean arterial pressure, pack-years, fluid balance, pure alcohol, urine output and your own formulas. Each calculation displays a raw arithmetic result, without interpretation.

05Export

A clean write-up, as PDF or Word

One write-up or several at once; empty blocks are left out. Note: an exported file is no longer encrypted, so you choose who receives it.

06From a document

Your document, sorted into a draft

An AI running on your phone sorts the lines of your document (photo, PDF, Word or text) into a template or a sheet. It invents nothing and automatic reading can make mistakes: the result is a draft to check, and nothing is saved without you.

07On your phone

Encrypted, no account, no server

Your notes are stored encrypted on your phone and protected by its lock or by an Anamnèse code. We do not receive them.

What connects, and what does not

What Anamnèse is, and what it is not

Anamnèse is a note-taking tool intended for clinical learning. It records and formats only what the user writes; its calculators display a raw arithmetic result, without interpretation. It provides no assistance with diagnosis or treatment and is not a medical device. Users are responsible for the content they enter, the history templates and formulas they create, and compliance with their institution’s rules.

Anamnèse is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. For medical advice, consult a healthcare professional or your supervisor.

Your notes stay on your phone

  • No server
  • No account
  • No ads
  • No trackers or statistics

Write-ups, templates, sheets and settings are stored encrypted on your phone. We do not receive them. They only leave it when you decide: PDF or Word export, sharing a template, or a backup encrypted with your password in the folder you choose.

The app connects to the Internet in two cases only:

  1. The one-time AI download (about 1.1 GB) from Hugging Face. As with any download, that service sees your phone's IP address; no document is sent.
  2. The purchase and its restoration via Google Play. Google processes the payment under its own policy; we only receive the purchase confirmation, on your phone.

Read the privacy policy

Respect your patients

  • Do not write a patient's name, date of birth or anything that could identify them: use an identifier.
  • Respect medical confidentiality and your institution's rules.
  • Do not take photos of patients, not even for a sheet.
  • Never paste patient data into an external AI.

7 free write-ups, then a one-time purchase

You can create 7 write-ups for free. Each one can be edited for one hour from when it is first opened, then it is closed (or earlier, if you close it yourself); it always remains readable and exportable. The 7 are counted when created, even if you delete them later. The example write-up does not count.

After that, a one-time purchase via Google Play unlocks unlimited write-ups and the on-device AI. The price is shown by Google Play. “Restore purchases” finds your purchase on a new phone with the same Google account.

Refunds and the right of withdrawal follow Google Play's rules and the law of your country.
